General Information

Payment for Classes

• Exact cash (KidSpirit does not keep change), checks, debit, or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card) are accepted.
• You can pay online through an Idealogic account, over the phone, or in person.
• Recreational class payments are due in full at the time of registration.

Insurance Forms

• We recommend that KidSpirit has a copy of participant’s insurance card (front and back). We can make a copy in the office.

Class Availability

• If you register in person or online, class availability will be confirmed at the time of registration.
• If you register by mail or fax, you must include full payment. Class confirmation will be mailed and/or emailed to you.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Participant Cancellations and Changes: A $25 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations or class changes. There are NO refunds once classes have begun. KidSpirit will make exceptions in the case of medical or family emergencies with a doctor’s note and/or other documentation.
• KidSpirit reserves the right to cancel or combine classes that are below the minimum participant requirement.
  Should cancellations occur, KidSpirit staff will contact the participants’ family about alternative class options. There will be no administration fee if KidSpirit cancels a class or if you are moved off of a waitlist.
• If weather conditions cause the cancellation of a class, KidSpirit will leave information on a recorded message at (541)-737-KIDS (5437). Make- up classes will be scheduled if possible.

Parking Options

• During the weekends, parking is free in all student, visitor, faculty, and staff parking lots.
• OSU parking services offer a special parking permit for KidSpirit families. The permit is $25 per term and allows the holder to park in any student or staff parking spot. Permit holders are also allowed to park in metered parking up to 15 minutes.
  • If parking in metered spots with the KidSpirit pass, the pass has to be visibly displayed. Your tire will be chalked and you will have 15 minutes ONLY. After 15 minutes have passed, the meter must be paid or you are subject to a ticket.
  • Permits may be obtained at the OSU Parking Services office in Adams Hall, located on the corner of 15th and Washington Way.
• Metered parking is available at the OSU Bookstore parking lot and in front of the Dixon Recreation Center on 26th St.
• The parking garage, located across from Reser Stadium on 26th St., offers long-term metered parking (quarters, dollars and credit cards are accepted forms of payment).
• OSU offers free parking behind the softball fields next to the Hilton, off of Western Blvd.

Parking During Football Games

• Please note that during home football games on the following dates, there is limited parking available on campus: October 2 and 30, November 13 and 20 and December 4.
• On OSU Saturday Home Football Game Days KidSpirit participants will be able to park in lots on the north side of 15th and Jefferson, including the McNary Lot.
• If parking in these areas please tell the lot guards that you are a KidSpirit participant. THIS IS ONLY FOR PARKING DURING YOUR CHILD’S CLASSES. Please do not leave your vehicle parked for longer then the duration of your child’s class.
• During OSU Home Football Game Days, participants will also be able to park in the shuttle
  lots for free and use the shuttle as a means of getting to Langton Hall. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused on these five Saturdays, but appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
