Tumble-Tastic Gymnastics & Movement Camp! 

Your gymnast will come to OSU campus and improve their skills with KidSpirit staff inside McAlexander Field House and inside the gymnastics room in Langton Hall.

  • Two-week camps • Monday-Friday • 2 hrs/day • Morning or evening • Fun Fridays!
  • Gymnastics will follow USA Gymnastics curriculum to teach vault, bars, beam, and floor skills!
  • Levels will take turns using the gymnastics room inside Langton Hall
  • Each level is limited to 10 gymnasts.

The KidSpirit Gymnastics Program has been an integral part of KidSpirit since the program was introduced in 1961

Tumble Bugs
(Ages 4-5)

Gymnasts ages 4-5 will become familiar with basic gymnastics skills and body shaping for vault, bars, beam, and floor events. Classes will improve motor skills, confidence, and challenge physical abilities.

Intermediate Illusions
(Ages 6+)

Gymnasts ages 6+ will master beginner gymnastics skills and become familiar with levels 2 and 3 gymnastics skills. Gymnasts should be working on a bridge kickover and should not have a back handspring to sign up for this level. 

Beginner Bounders
(Ages 6+)

 

Gymnasts ages 6+ will become familiar with levels 1 and 2 gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Gymnasts will focus on completing skills with proper technique, building strength, and flexibility.

Advanced Aerials 
(Ages 6+)

Gymnasts ages 6+ will master intermediate gymnastics skills and begin working on skills from levels 3+. Gymnasts should be working on a back handspring or higher skills to sign up for this level.
