Simple Delicious Guacamoleguacamole bowl



2 avocados, halved, seeded and peeled

1 Roma tomato, diced

¼ cup medium onion, diced

1-teaspoon lime, juiced

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Pepper

Smash (okay, I meant’ mix) together and Wala!




Seafood PastaSeafood pasta



Your choice of fish (tilapia or salmon)

Olive oil

Fettuccine pasta

Green peas


Garlic Salt

Salt and pepper to taste


How to make it:

Boil water in a medium to large pot

When water is boiling, add in fettuccine pasta


Generously season fish w/ garlic salt and crushed ground pepper, and a pinch of salt

Oil a pan and pan cook your fish

Set aside cooked fish

Then cook green peas and chopped onions using same pan


When pasta is cooked, drain water, and place back into pot

In pot, add the cooked fish, cooked green peas and onions

Sprinkle in extra garlic salt and crushed ground pepper

Mix and wala!
