Beet Dip:

Serving Size: 1 Tablespoon

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients:

  • 1 can beets

  • 2 Tablespoon tahini

  • 1 clove mashed garlic

  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Drain liquid and place beets in the blender

  2. Blend until the beets have a coarse texture

  3. Add all ingredients except for the oil and mix well with a spoon

  4. Plate and drizzle oil over the top
