1 can beets
2 Tablespoon tahini
1 clove mashed garlic
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain liquid and place beets in the blender
Blend until the beets have a coarse texture
Add all ingredients except for the oil and mix well with a spoon
Plate and drizzle oil over the top
