Vegan Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup plain unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until combined
  3. Serve in a small bowl as a dipping sauce
