Berry Beet Smoothie
Serves: 3 Serving Size: 1 cup
Ingredients
- One 15 ounce can whole beets
- 2 cups frozen strawberries/raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 cup liquid (milk, water, almond milk, orange juice)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 cup liquid (milk, water, almond milk, orange juice)
Directions
- Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to help it blend if it's too thick.
- Place the last 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to help it blend if it's too thick.
- Layer the smoothies in glasses
