Additional Fees

Additional fees for speciality classes (i.e., rock climbing, cooking, bowling,YAS, art camps, etc.) may apply. Please see the Class Descriptions starting on page 14 in our summer day camp brochure for additional class fees. 

  • Pre-Care 7:30 to 8:30 AM:

Pre-Care is available for $19/week. We do allow drop-ins for Pre-Care for $8/day. Check-in for Pre-Care will be in 126 Langton Hall.

  • Lunch-Care 12:00 to 1:00 PM:

Lunch-Care is available for Half Day campers for $19/week or $8/day. Lunch-Care is free for Full Day campers.

  • After-Care 4:30 to 5:45 PM:

After-Care is available for $23/week or $8/day. Check-out for After-Care is TBA. In case of extreme heat or rain, After-Care will be moved to the upstairs Langton gym. Signs will be posted for your convenience.

Registrations for multiple sessions
that are paid in full will receive an additional $10
  • Full-Day Savings: $30 for One-Week, $49 for Two-Week sessions (Savings already included in listed prices)
  • Pre-Paid Discount: Registrations for multiple sessions, paid in full, will receive an additional $10 discount
  • OSU affiliates Discount (staff, faculty, student) with OSU card
    • $16 per two-week, full-day session
    • $8 per one-week, full-day session


We require a full session payment as well as $25 non-refundable deposit for any additional sessions at the time of registration. When registering for additional sessions, payments can exceed $25 and will be applied to your account. The deposits will all be applied to your account, but $25 will not be refunded for any changes or cancellations.

Each session must be fully paid two-weeks prior to the session's start date.

Class Cancellations and Refunds

KidSpirit Cancellation

KidSpirit reserves the right to cancel or combine classes that are below the minimum participant requirement. Should cancellations occur, KidSpirit's staff will contact the participant's family about alternative classes.

If weather conditions cause class cancellations, KidSpirit will leave information on a recorded message at 541.737.KIDS (5437).

Participant Cancellation & Changes

Cancellations and changes invoke a $25 administration fee which is applied to your account. Cancellations made before the session has begun will be refunded minus the $25 non-refundable deposit.

Once classes have begun, there are no refunds. Exceptions include medical or family emergencies with a doctor’s note and/or other documentation.


Please send a note or call the office at 541.737.5437 if your child will be absent. There will be no make-up classes for any summer camp programs. Absences will not be refunded unless the entire enrollment is cancelled before the session has begun.


We award scholarships based on need and the availability of funds. We award up to 50% of a session, but nothing is guaranteed. 

Scholarships are due by 5pm on Monday, May 20th.

Application Requirements

  1. Complete and fully submit a registration for Summer camp through out our online registration site: Ideal-Logic .
  2. Download, print, and complete a scholarship form [Avaliable Here]. There are printed versions of this form in the KidSpirit office, if you do not have access to a printer. 
  3. Submit a one-page statement describing your child's circumstances for requesting a KidSpirit Scholarship.
  4. Submit a letter of recommendation from a non- family member (if possible) addressing the parent/guardian's level of need and how/why the KidSpirit Scholarship will benefit the child.
  5. Include a copy of a current pay stub and document all additional sources of monthly income (if you are a student, please provide proof of that).

(Children enrolled in the Head Start Progam and foster children have different application requirements. See scholarship application forms for more details.)
