1/2 ounce fresh ground ginger, grated
1/2 ounce fresh garlic, minced
8 tablespoon Acai powder, bulk
4 fluid ounce Tamari sauce
10 fluid ounce Rice vinegar
2 tablespoon ground ginger
1/4 tablespoon black pepper, whole peppercorn
1/2 fluid ounce sesame oil
10 fluid ounce Canola oil
1 & 1/2 cups sugar
In a blender bowl, add ginger, garlic, acai tamari, rice vinegar, ground ginger, salt, peppera nd blend until smooth
Slowly while still emulsifying, add sesame oil, then canola until fully incorperated.
Label and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
