awesome KidSpirit birthday?


Do you want to throw a birthday party or special event?

KidSpirit Special Events are tons of fun for any type of occasion you can imagine! This includes birthdays, company events, scout troops, sports teams, and much more! KidSpirit staff will be there to assist you every step of the way.

How Kidspirit birthday parties work:

First, choose your activity type (see below). On party day, you can arrive 30 minutes before the party and kidspirit staff will put up any decorations you bring. We will also have balloons in the colors of your choice. Once the children arrive, our staff will lead them to the activity (gym, gymnastics room, archery range) for an hour of fun! After about an hour, we all head back to the birthday room to open presents and eat for about 30 minutes! Our staff will set up, clean up and run the entire party for you.

Party Length

  • KidSpirit parties last 2 hours. If you'd like to have a longer party please contact us.
  • We do your activity of choice for 1 hour. The remainder of the time is spent opening gifts and eating any food you bring.
  • You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up and we will decorate the room with any decorations you provide.

 

Scheduling/Reservations

To schedule a party online you can Create a Reservation or call the KidSpirit Office at 541-737-5437.

  • Please Note: KidSpirit requires a reservation 2 weeks out from the requested date for all parties and events. Please be prepared with two preferable party dates, if the first requested time is not available. 
  • Once the party request is placed, you will receive email updates when the date and facilities are confirmed. We will be in contact within 4 business days to follow-up on final party details. Once everything has been confirmed, a final confirmation email will be sent with all details.
  • Heads Up: During football and other university events, parking and event space will be limited.

Our parties take place at Kidspirit Headquarters: Langton Hall on the Oregon State University campus.
