KidSpirit Special Events and Parties are tons of fun for any occasion you can imagine! Plan birthdays, scout troop celebrations, sports team parties, company events... and much more! KidSpirit staff will be there, prepared and excited to assist you every step of the way towards the perfect day.
KidSpirit parties cover a wide variety of possibilities - from our assorted activity types, to events hosted for large groups or organizations. If you don't find what you're looking for here, reach out to us! We'll be more than happy to work with you, and create a day you'll never forget!

How KidSpirit birthday parties work:
First you'll reserve a party, and choose your activity type. KidSpirit staff will get the appropriate event space all set up for you, as well as the party room, from our colorful balloons down to any decorations you choose to bring in advance.
In the first half of the party we will start with the activity - the main event! Our staff will work with the host to put together the best combination of games or activities and we will have a blast! Then, we will transition to the party room portion. Here we will open presents, socialize and play, and eat any food brought by the hosts. We will finish with celebrations and smiles, and head home with joyous visions of party days!
Putting Your Party Together
To schedule a party you may create an Ideal-Logic reservation yourself, or call the KidSpirit office and go through the form by phone.
KidSpirit requires a reservation 2 weeks before the requested date for all parties and events. Please be prepared with a second option party date, in case the first requested time is not available.
Once your reservation request is placed, you will receive email updates when the date and facilities are confirmed. We will be in contact with you, and someone in charge of scheduling your event will call within 5 business days to follow-up and finalize party details. Once everything is confirmed, an email will be sent to you with all the information.
Once your reservation is final, we will ask you to send a party invitation link from Ideal-Logic to each of your guests and have them register. This is an important step for our communications and emergency database.
Party Schedule
- KidSpirit parties last 1.5 hours. If you'd like to have a longer party please contact us.
- You coordinate with the staff to let us how you want to use the time between activities of your choice and refreshments (provided by the family).
- You may arrive up to 10 minutes early to set up, and we will assist in decorating the room with any decorations you provide.

Party/Event Location
Our parties take place based out of the Kidspirit Headquarters: Langton Hall on the Oregon State University campus. Activities with specific equipment may not be in Langton Hall, but are all on the Corvallis OSU campus.

All people attending the KidSpirit party must be reflected in our system through a registration.

What to bring and wear
Hosts are welcome to bring anything they would like to use to decorate the space or anything they would like to use as part of activity time. Hosts are also encouraged to bring any food they would like to eat during the classroom half of the party.
All guests should wear clothing appropriate for the activity and/or space - such as closed-toed shoes for rock climbing or swim suits and towels for a pool party. If you are hosting a gymnastics party or will be in the gymnastics room, all guests MUST wear clothing free of any metal components (NO metal zippers, buckles, buttons, studs, etc.) Metal pieces in clothing can seriously damage our equipment.
All are welcome and encouraged to bring gifts and have fun. Please leave distracting or non-collaborative toys and games at home, such as trading cards and electronics.
