1/4 cup hot water
1 tablespoon low sodium soy or tamari sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Dash crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
Add more water to thin, as needed.
