Baked Sesame Chicken

Serving Size: 1/2 cup

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tabelspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, cane sugar, honey, garlic powder, and sesame seeds
  3. Add chicken, mix together well so the chicken is thoroughly coated, cover and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes
  4. Arrange chicken in a 9X13 pan and pour the marinade liquid on top of it
  5. Bake in oven for 5 minutes, flip chicken pieces with a spatula, and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes
