Baked Sesame Chicken

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tabelspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, cane sugar, honey, garlic powder, and sesame seeds
- Add chicken, mix together well so the chicken is thoroughly coated, cover and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Arrange chicken in a 9X13 pan and pour the marinade liquid on top of it
- Bake in oven for 5 minutes, flip chicken pieces with a spatula, and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes
