Brazilian Acai Bowl (Acai Na Tigela)

For the topping
- 1 cup granola
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 tablespoons flax seeds
- 4 tablespoons shredded coconut
- You can add other toppings if you’d like!
Directions:
- Place the frozen açaí and the orange juice in a blender or food processor, along with bananas, and the sugar. Blend until smooth and thick. The mixture should have the texture of a soft sorbet that you would eat with a spoon.
- Taste and add more sugar if desired you can add a bit of lime juice for extra tartness.
- Place the fruit mixture in a bowl.
- Slice the remaining banana arrange on top of the acai. Add blueberries, then sprinkle granola and coconut over the fruit.
- Enjoy immediately!
