Fancy Kettle Corn
Serving Size: About 1 1/2 cups
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon unsalted butter or coconut oil
Directions:
- Pop dried corn kernels in an air popper according to manufacturer's recommendations and place in a large bowl
- In microwave, heat butter, sugar and slat. Heat for 20 second intervals at a time, and stop and stir the ingredients every 20 seconds. Continue heating the ingredients until completely melted together
- Pour the melted butter mixture over popcorn evenly and toss to coat
- Sprinkle any extra ingredients on top, ENJOY!
