Steamed Broccoli, Carrots, and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped broccoli
- 5 cups baby carrots
- 5 cups chopped cauliflower
- 15 cloves minced garlic
- 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cup olive oil
Directions
- Add enough water to cover the veggies in a pot and bring to a boil
- While waiting for the water to boil, chop veggies and garlic
- Once the water is boiling, add the chopped broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower to the water, cover the pot with a lid and lower the heat to medium-high.
- Let the veggies steam for about 10 minutes or until tender when poked with a fork
- While the veggies are steaming, add garlic, salt and olive oil to a small saute pan.
- Saute until garlic is fragrant (2-3 minutes)
- Once veggies are done steaming, if there’s excess water, drain veggies with a colander
- Poor garlic mix over steamed veggies
- Serve!
