Steamed Edamame

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen or fresh edamame in pods
- 6 cups water
- 1 Tablespoon salt
Directions
- Bring water and salt to a boil.
- Add edamame and cook for 5 minutes until the edamame is tender and easily released from their pod.
- Drain thoroughly and toss generously with a coarse finishing salt like kosher salt.
- Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
